Psychotherapy & Mindfulness for Times of Change

A space to slow down, be met as you are, and begin to notice your experience more fully.

You might be here because something in your life feels difficult, uncertain, or heavier than it used to. Or perhaps you are simply curious—about yourself, your patterns, or what might be next.

People come to this work at many different points: during periods of change, through loss or transition, or with a sense that something important is asking for attention.

I practise mindfulness-based psychotherapy, grounded in the understanding that healing often begins when we learn to meet our experience with awareness, compassion, and care.

Together, we create a space where whatever arises can be explored with curiosity, care, and safety. Over time, this can open the possibility for greater clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection—with yourself, with others, and with life itself.
